Le label Face to Face Records a été fondé en juillet 2025 par des membres de l'association Face to Face, qui organise des concerts depuis 2004, notamment le festival SuperBowl of Hardcore. Son objectif est de soutenir les groupes émergents tout en préservant un esprit underground et DIY. Face to Face est une association à but non lucratif. Tous les bénéfices issus des ventes seront intégralement dédiés à la production des formats physiques ou à la promotion des groupes affiliés au label.

Face to Face Records was founded in July 2025 by members of the Face to Face association, which has been organizing concerts since 2004, including the SuperBowl of Hardcore festival. Its goal is to support emerging bands while preserving an underground and DIY spirit. Face to Face is a non-profit organization. All profits from sales will be dedicated to the production of physical formats or the promotion of the label's affiliated bands.
